New Delhi:

A 20-year-old man died whereas six members of his household had been rescued as a three-storey constructing collapsed in northeast Delhi’s Mustafabad space on Sunday, police stated.

The incident was reported round 5 am and three fireplace tenders had been rushed to the spot, stated Atul Garg, Director, Delhi Fire Service.

Police pulled over Suleman (45), his spouse Shabnam (40), daughters Shabnur (22) and Labiya (20) and his sons Sufiyan (20), Faizan ( 17) and Arshiyal (15) from the stays.

Sufiyan was pulled out with issue and rushed to a hospital the place he was declared introduced useless, a senior police officer stated.

“The family has been living in the now collapsed part of the building as tenants for the last four years,” he stated.

The constructing was constructed round 17-18 years in the past and belonged to 1 Shamim Ahmad, police stated.
