Lucknow: The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court on Thursday rejected the bail software of journalist Siddique Kappan, which was heard below the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act in the Hathras conspiracy case. A single bench of Justice Krishan Pahal handed the rejection order on Thursday.
