New Delhi: Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena on January 23 inaugurated 13 multi-purpose automobiles fitted with anti-fog sprinklers and anti-clogging amenities to clear the streets of town. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has bought 28 such automobiles from the Ministry of Environment, officers mentioned, including that 13 have been reported and the remaining will arrive by February 15. The price of every automobile is Rs 35.95 lakh, they mentioned. An official mentioned the automobiles had been fitted with a 5,000 liter water tanker, every outfitted with a sprinkler system, jet techniques and a smog gun. The automobile is able to spraying atomized water droplets to suppress airborne mud particles.
