The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday arrested Bhola Yadav, an in depth affiliate of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, in reference to the Land for Jobs fraud case.
Bhola Yadav was reportedly OSD of Lalu Prasad Yadav when he served as Union Minister for Railways in the previous UPA authorities.
The Central Bureau of Investigation can be conducting searches at a number of areas in Bihar’s Darbhanga and Patna in reference to the case.
Lalu Prasad Yadav, his spouse and ex-Prime Minister of Bihar Rabri Yadav, their daughters Misa Yadav and Hema Yadav are below the CBI lens for allegedly giving railroad jobs to unworthy candidates in trade for land at a throwaway value .
The CBI has claimed that Lalu Prasad Yadav, as Minister of Railways in 2004-2009, obtained monetary advantages in the type of transfers of actual property on behalf of his relations in return for appointing deputies in group “D” posts in numerous railway zones.
The CBI discovered seven circumstances allegedly giving jobs to candidates when their relations transferred land to Lalu Prasad Yadav’s household.
