The sixth day of Parliament’s monsoon session was marred by opposition uprisings. The opposition introduced taking part in playing cards to the Lok Sabha to protest rising costs and inflation on Monday (July 25).

Lok Sabha spokesman Om Birla urged members to cease bringing placards indoors because the opposition continued to unfold slogans.

The spokesman mentioned: “Any member bringing placards into the House should not attend House conferences. This is a temple of democracy, it’s the Members’ duty to uphold the dignity of the House.”

The Rajya Sabha and the Lok Sabha haven’t accomplished any important enterprise for the reason that begin of the monsoon session on July 18.
