NEW DELHI: Amid a political tussle over the AAP’s allegation of ‘poaching’ its MPs, Delhi’s seven JP MPs have now written to Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena demanding an investigation into the allegations made by the camp of Arvind Kejriwal towards their celebration. According to information company ANI, “Delhi BJP MPs have written to Lt. Governor VK Saxena, asking for investigation into allegations of alleged ‘attempts by BJP to buy off AAP MPs’ made by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and other AAP leaders.”

It could also be famous that senior AAP leaders together with Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia not too long ago claimed that his celebration’s MPs had been provided Rs 20 crore by the BJP to swap sides. .

In their letter to the LG, the BJP MPs mentioned the AAP MPs’ claims that they had been approached by the BJP and provided them up to Rs 20 crore to swap sides are a matter of forensic investigation and that they need to take a lie detector check.

Addressing a joint press convention, BJP MPs Manoj Tiwari, Ramesh Bidhuri, Hans Raj Hans and Parvesh Verma alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is making a ‘drama’ of being an ‘anti-corruption’ celebration and the investigation will “expose” them.

“Since they claimed that BJP offered them money up to Rs 20 crore, it is a matter of forensic investigation. Why don’t they reveal the names of those who called them “Why has no authorized motion been taken towards these making poaching makes an attempt?” mentioned Tiwari.

The former Delhi BJP chairman claimed that the AAP leaders are consistently altering their statements on the problem of excise coverage. Verma referred to as for a “lie detector test” for AAP deputies so the inquiry can “expose their drama of being anti-corruption.”

Calling the allegation by Kejriwal and Sisodia together with different AAP leaders as “malicious, false and misleading”, BJP Lok Sabha MPs alleged that it was an “try to misappropriate the beware of the Delhi authorities’s alcohol rip-off”.

The Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi has been named as an accused by the CBI in its registered FIR within the investigation into alleged irregularities within the implementation of the Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22.
