New Delhi: Just a day after the pinnacle of the Delhi Women’s Commission, Swati Maliwal, alleged that she was assaulted and dragged by a drunken motorist, video of the incident appeared on media platforms social. Maliwal was on inspection at evening when she was dragged by a drunken man’s car 10-15 meters outdoors AIIMS right here along with her hand caught within the window of the car.

In the clip that has gone viral on social media, Maliwal is seen harassed by a drunk driver as she steers clear of a highway. When she grabs it, the driver rolls up the window and drags her with the car for 10-15 meters outdoors Delhi AIIMS.

Charged, the 47-yr-outdated residing in Sangam Vihar, South Delhi, was arrested following the incident which occurred within the early hours of the day. The Delhi courtroom on Thursday despatched Harish Chandra, the person accused of assaulting and dragging DCW chief Swati Maliwal, into judicial custody for 14 days. Chandra, 47, was arrested by Delhi police on Thursday and his car was additionally seized.
