Patna: An escort automobile of Union Minister of State (MoS) Ashwini Choubey’s convoy encountered an accident in which five law enforcement officials have been injured. The accident occurred late on Sunday night because the Union minister was en route from Buxar to Patna. The automobile overturned and fell into a pit.
The minister shared the video on Twitter in which he could possibly be seen inspecting the overturned escort automobile.

I took the injured policemen to the Dumrao District Hospital. They obtain first support. Two law enforcement officials have been injured. After first support, I take them to AIIMS Patna. The police have been deployed in Koransarai Police and the Innova car in which the Union Minister was taken was simply behind the escort car. The injured officers have been admitted to Dumraon District Hospital and two have been in crucial situation.
Following the crash, Chaubey’s private safety guards alongside along with his different aides rescued them and admitted them to hospital.
“The police van fell into the water-filled pit. Our security personnel and other supporters who were traveling with me smashed the vehicle’s windshields and rescued them. Two of the cops were seriously injured,” Chaubey stated.
Chaubey additional stated that as the 2 officers have been significantly injured, they have been taken to Patna AIIMS for higher remedy.
The accident occurred on Mathila-Narayanpur highway close to Dumraon.

Ashwini Kumar Chaubey is MP for Buxar and Minister of State for Environment and Forests in the Narendra Modi authorities.
